maybe this is the most personal song i've ever tried to write.
it was hard, but i think i said what i wanted to, at least on the most basic level.
the truth is, i still think about elijah mcclain almost everyday, and feel just as heartbroken every single time.
his name is just one in a long, long, long tragic list.
